据路透社10月30日报道，也门胡塞武装加大对沙特阿拉伯的袭击后，国际油价周五早盘因供应担忧上涨，有望录得连续第四个月上涨，也是自7月以来涨幅最大的一个月。格林尼治时间01时22分，布伦特原油期货上涨86美分、涨幅0.75%，至每桶115.74美元；美国西得克萨斯中间基原油（WTI）期货上涨72美分、涨幅0.71%，至每桶102.72美元。

按月计算，布伦特原油本月有望收涨近14%，WTI 有望上涨15%，自4月以来首次收于每桶100美元上方。

胡塞武装周四表示，他们袭击了沙特境内的多处目标，包括沙特最大的炼油厂 Ras Tanura 炼油厂、Rabigh 炼油厂，以及沙特阿拉伯国家石油公司（Saudi Aramco）位于 Abqaiq 的一处设施。沙特主导的联盟则表示，已拦截一枚胡塞武装射向沙特西部地区的巡航导弹。上述袭击战果均出自胡塞一方说法，损害程度尚未获证实。

外交方面，美国总统特朗普周四表示，副总统 JD Vance 已主动接触伊朗、协助其获取医疗物资；美国媒体此前报道 Vance 曾致信伊朗最高安全官员，试图重启和平谈判。伊朗半官方的 Tasnim 通讯社报道，伊朗已收到 Vance 的信件、尚未回复，并称德黑兰希望美方满足其条件，任何与这一框架相抵触的立场都不可接受。

出于安全担忧，埃克森美孚（ExxonMobil）与雪佛龙（Chevron）已取消其高管下周前往阿拉伯联合酋长国最大石油展会的行程，两名知情人士对路透社表示。

Follow-Up: Houthis Say They Attacked Three Saudi Oil Sites as Brent Rises to $115.74: Up Nearly 14% in October, WTI Above $100 for First Time Since April

Oil prices climbed in early trade on Friday, October 30, on supply concerns after Yemen's Iran-aligned Houthis stepped up attacks on Saudi Arabia, Reuters reported. Brent crude futures rose 86 cents, or 0.75 percent, to $115.74 a barrel as of 0122 GMT, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) futures rose 72 cents, or 0.71 percent, to $102.72. Prices were on track for a fourth straight monthly gain, the steepest since July.

For the month, Brent was on course to finish nearly 14 percent higher, while WTI was heading for a 15 percent jump, set to close above $100 for the first time since April.

The Houthis said on Thursday that they had attacked several sites in Saudi Arabia, including its largest oil refinery at Ras Tanura, the Rabigh refinery and an Aramco facility in Abqaiq. A Saudi-led coalition said it had intercepted a cruise missile launched by the Houthis toward the kingdom's western region. The claimed attacks were described by each side, and the extent of any damage has not been confirmed.

Earlier this week, the Houthis claimed on October 27 to have hit the Ras Tanura refinery with missiles and to have attacked Najran airport and the King Khalid air base at Khamis Mushait, claims Saudi Arabia did not confirm at the time, as GSM reported earlier. The sites named this time add Rabigh and Abqaiq.

Around the Strait of Hormuz, Iran's Revolutionary Guards said three tankers hit sea mines, exploded and caught fire while attempting to use an unauthorized route south of the strait, a claim that has not been independently verified. Saul Kavonic, head of energy research at MST Marquee, said continued kinetic action around the strait, amid doubts about a viable diplomatic pathway, was keeping oil prices elevated in expectation of an escalation in the coming weeks.

On diplomacy, President Donald Trump said on Thursday that Vice President JD Vance had reached out to Iran to help the country obtain medical supplies, after U.S. media reported Vance had written to Tehran's top security official to revive peace talks. Iran's semi-official Tasnim news agency said Tehran has received Vance's letter but has not responded, adding that Iran wants the United States to meet its conditions and that any position contradicting that framework is unacceptable.

Amid the security concerns, ExxonMobil and Chevron have cancelled plans for their executives to travel to the United Arab Emirates' biggest oil show next week, two sources familiar with the developments told Reuters.
