法国10月通胀初值升至3.4%创近三年新高：能源价格同比涨24.1%，调和通胀达3.8%
法国国家统计与经济研究所（INSEE）10月30日公布初值数据：法国2026年10月消费者价格同比上涨3.4%，高于9月的3.1%，也高于市场预期的3.2%，为2023年12月以来的最高水平。
环比看，消费者价格10月上涨0.4%，扭转了9月下降0.3%的走势，涨幅同样高于预期。
能源是本轮加速的主要推手：能源价格同比上涨24.1%，涨幅高于9月的21.3%，由天然气与石油产品价格带动。服务价格同比上涨2.7%，高于9月的2.4%。
食品价格同比上涨1.2%，涨幅较9月的1.4%有所放缓，其中生鲜食品上涨8.0%（9月为9.5%）、其他食品上涨0.3%。制成品价格同比下降0.2%，跌幅小于9月的0.3%；烟草价格上涨3.3%，与上月持平。
按欧盟统一口径计算的调和消费者价格指数（HICP）10月环比上涨0.4%、同比上涨3.8%，高于9月的3.4%与市场预期的3.6%。
上述数字为初值、仍可能修订，INSEE 定于11月13日公布10月通胀最终数据。同一天公布的另一组数据显示，法国经济第三季度环比收缩0.1%，通胀回升与经济收缩同时出现。欧元区其他主要经济体的10月初值则走势不一：Germany 主要州的通胀初值普遍回落，Spain 的通胀初值持平于4.9%。

France Inflation Rises to 3.4% in October, Highest Since December 2023, as Energy Prices Jump 24.1% and Harmonised Inflation Hits 3.8%
France's national statistics agency INSEE reported provisional figures on October 30 showing that consumer prices in France rose 3.4% year on year in October 2026, up from 3.1% in September and above the 3.2% median forecast, reaching the highest level since December 2023.
On a monthly basis, consumer prices rose 0.4% in October, reversing a 0.3% decline in September and exceeding forecasts.
Energy drove the acceleration: energy prices climbed 24.1% from a year earlier, after a 21.3% rise in September, led by gas and petroleum products. Services inflation, the largest component of the index, accelerated to 2.7% from 2.4%.
Food inflation eased to 1.2% from 1.4%, with fresh food prices up 8.0% on the year, slowing from 9.5%, and other food products up 0.3%. Prices of manufactured products fell 0.2% from a year earlier, a smaller decline than September's 0.3%, while tobacco prices rose 3.3%, unchanged from the previous month.
The harmonised index of consumer prices (HICP), used for comparison across the European Union, climbed 0.4% on the month and 3.8% over the year, up from 3.4% in September and above the 3.6% forecast.
The figures are provisional and subject to revision; INSEE is scheduled to publish final October inflation data on November 13. Separate figures released the same day showed the French economy contracted 0.1% in the third quarter, so rising inflation arrived alongside a shrinking economy. Elsewhere in the euro area, preliminary October readings from Germany's major states generally eased, while Spain's flash rate held at 4.9%.
