科技部部长阴和俊会见瑞士联邦主席帕姆兰：深化中瑞创新战略伙伴关系
2026年10月31日，科技部部长阴和俊在北京会见瑞士联邦主席兼经济事务、教育和研究部长居伊·帕姆兰（Guy Parmelin），双方就深化中瑞创新战略伙伴关系、推动科技创新务实合作等交换意见。中国科学技术部2026年10月31日发布上述消息。
阴和俊表示，2026年是中瑞创新战略伙伴关系建立10周年和中国「十五五」规划开局之年，两国创新合作面临广阔机遇。10月30日，在两国元首共同见证下，双方签署《中国－瑞士联合研发活动科学数据跨境管理协议》，为两国科研人员进一步深化合作提供支撑。中方愿同瑞方一道，认真落实两国元首重要共识，加强合作顶层设计，促进产学研协同创新，推动中瑞科技创新合作迈上新台阶。
帕姆兰表示，中国是瑞士重要的合作伙伴，瑞方高度重视对华科技创新合作，愿同中方进一步加强科技创新交流与合作，共同办好瑞中科技合作联委会第10次会议，在数据跨境管理、联合研发、青年科学家交流等双方关注领域加强务实合作，为瑞中创新战略伙伴关系发展贡献更多科技力量。
科技部副部长张光军、中国驻瑞士大使钱敏坚，以及外交部、中国科学院、国家自然科学基金委、北京大学等单位代表；瑞士联邦经济事务、教育与研究部国务秘书郗斓、瑞士驻华大使马婷，以及瑞士国家科学基金会、瑞士驻华大使馆等有关代表出席会议。

Science Minister Yin Hejun Meets Swiss President Parmelin on Deepening the Innovative Strategic Partnership
On October 31, 2026, Minister of Science and Technology Yin Hejun met in Beijing with Guy Parmelin, President of the Swiss Confederation and head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research. The two sides exchanged views on deepening the China-Switzerland innovative strategic partnership and advancing practical cooperation in science and technology innovation, China's Ministry of Science and Technology announced the same day.
Yin said 2026 marks the 10th anniversary of the China-Switzerland innovative strategic partnership and the opening year of China's 15th Five-Year Plan, bringing broad opportunities for innovation cooperation. On October 30, witnessed by the two heads of state, the two sides signed an agreement on cross-border management of scientific data for China-Switzerland joint research activities, providing support for researchers from both countries. China is ready to work with Switzerland to implement the important consensus of the two heads of state, strengthen top-level design of cooperation, and promote industry-academia-research collaborative innovation.
Parmelin said China is an important partner of Switzerland, and Switzerland attaches great importance to sci-tech innovation cooperation with China. Switzerland is ready to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation, jointly hold the 10th meeting of the China-Switzerland Joint Committee on Science and Technology Cooperation, and carry out practical cooperation in cross-border data management, joint research and young scientist exchanges.
Vice Minister of Science and Technology Zhang Guangjun, Chinese Ambassador to Switzerland Qian Minjian, Swiss State Secretary for Economic Affairs, Education and Research Martina Hirayama, and Swiss Ambassador to China Corinne Cicéron Bühler, among others, attended the meeting.
