FreshLemon医学公益讲座今晚线上开讲：杨博士谈排便异常的中医调理
FreshLemon华人健康公益主办的美国医学公益讲座将于美西时间11月8日（周日）晚6时在线上举行，硅谷名中医杨博士主讲「排便异常」，讲座免费开放，公众可通过Zoom参加，会议号893 1336 0856，密码202323。美中时间当晚8时、美东时间当晚9时、中国时间11月9日上午10时也可同步参加。本次讲座由California University Silicon Valley与美国深圳联合会协办。
杨博士表示，便秘的堵、拉肚子的急，根子可能都在同一个地方。讲座将帮助听众分清自己属于哪一种排便异常，讲解中医的调理思路，并介绍穴位与自我调理方法，让无论是几天排不出、还是一吃就拉的听众，都能找到适合自己的调理方向。
主讲人杨博士有29年临床经验，是硅谷知名中医师，现任加州中医硕博大学校长、教授。

FreshLemon Public Health Lecture Tonight Online: Dr. Yang on Bowel Irregularities and TCM Care
The FreshLemon U.S. medical public lecture series, hosted by FreshLemon Chinese health nonprofit, will be held online at 6 p.m. Pacific Time on Sunday, November 8, with Silicon Valley traditional Chinese medicine practitioner Dr. Yang speaking on bowel irregularities. The lecture is free and open to the public via Zoom (Meeting ID: 893 1336 0856, Passcode: 202323); start times are 8 p.m. Central, 9 p.m. Eastern, and 10 a.m. on November 9 in China. The lecture is co-organized by California University Silicon Valley and the U.S. Shenzhen Federation.
Dr. Yang notes that the blockage of constipation and the urgency of diarrhea may share the same root. The lecture will help attendees identify which type of bowel irregularity they have, explain how traditional Chinese medicine approaches regulation, and introduce acupoints and self-care methods, so that listeners can find a direction that fits their own condition.
Dr. Yang has 29 years of clinical experience, is a well-known traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in Silicon Valley, and serves as president and professor of a California graduate university of traditional Chinese medicine.
