菲律宾总统马科斯为10名高官授临时任命：内阁改组就职，仍须任命委员会确认
菲律宾总统马科斯（Ferdinand Marcos Jr.）11月6日在马拉卡南宫为10名高级官员主持宣誓就职，他们此前获临时任命（ad interim）。马科斯要求新班子拿出可衡量的成果，把政府计划转化为菲律宾家庭与劳工实实在在的改善。
宣誓就职的10人是：文官长雷克托（Ralph Recto）、司法部长维达（Fredderick Vida）、预算部长德莱昂（Kim Robert De Leon）、公共工程部长洛佩斯（Giovanni Lopez）、劳工部长托伦蒂诺（Francis Tolentino）、卫生部长梅尔卡多（Edwin Mercado）、环境部长库纳（Juan Miguel Cuna）、旅游部长安加拉-马泰（Maria Bernardita Angara-Mathay）、交通部长迪宗（Vince Dizon），以及菲律宾航天局局长佩雷斯（Gay Jane Perez）。其中迪宗由公共工程部转任交通部，洛佩斯接掌公共工程部。
雷克托会后向记者确认，10人均已向任命委员会提交文件，将依宪法接受该委员会的确认程序；临时任命使他们可先到任、后确认。马科斯同日还叮嘱内阁守住基本商品价格、保障出行安全便利、保护劳工权益。

Philippines' Marcos Swears In 10 Senior Officials on Ad Interim Appointments: Cabinet Lineup Still Faces Confirmation
Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. administered the oath of office to 10 senior government officials at Malacañan Palace on November 6, following their ad interim appointments, and challenged them to deliver measurable results and translate government programmes into tangible improvements in the lives of Filipino families and workers.
The 10 officials are Executive Secretary Ralph Recto, Justice Secretary Fredderick Vida, Budget Secretary Kim Robert De Leon, Public Works Secretary Giovanni Lopez, Labor Secretary Francis Tolentino, Health Secretary Edwin Mercado, Environment Secretary Juan Miguel Cuna, Tourism Secretary Maria Bernardita Angara-Mathay, Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon, and Philippine Space Agency Director General Gay Jane Perez. Dizon moved from Public Works to Transportation, while Lopez took over Public Works.
Recto told reporters after the ceremony that all 10 will undergo confirmation proceedings before the Commission on Appointments and have already submitted their papers; under the Constitution, ad interim appointments allow officials to assume their posts while awaiting confirmation. Marcos also directed the Cabinet the same day to keep prices of basic goods affordable, ensure safe and convenient travel, and protect workers' rights and benefits.
