西班牙Casa 47新增442套平价租赁房：11月7日起申请至26日，年底前再推约1000套
西班牙政府公布公共住房计划Casa 47新一批房源：新增442套平价租赁住房，来自「坏账银行」Sareb的资产，11月7日（周六）起在门户上线，申请开放至11月26日。
本批房源分布在六个自治区：穆尔西亚109套、加利西亚104套、瓦伦西亚自治区86套、加泰罗尼亚73套、卡斯蒂利亚-拉曼恰63套、阿斯图里亚斯7套；马德里、安达卢西亚与巴斯克地区本批没有房源。442套不到桑切斯（Pedro Sánchez）9月7日宣布的1500套的三分之一。
政府表示，Casa 47将分阶段扩至4万套的规模，目标在2030年前建成最多4万套公共住房，年底前还将再推出约1000套；官方公报同时要求各自治区加强按月汇报。

Spain Adds 442 Affordable Rentals under Casa 47: Applications Open November 7 to 26, About 1,000 More Due by Year-End
Spain's government has published a Casa 47 call adding 442 affordable rental homes drawn from Sareb assets, available on the portal from Saturday, November 7, with applications open until November 26.
The new units are concentrated in six regions: Murcia with 109, Galicia 104, the Valencian Community 86, Catalonia 73, Castilla-La Mancha 63 and Asturias 7, and exclude Madrid, Andalusia and the Basque Country. The 442-unit tranche is less than one third of the 1,500 homes Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez announced on September 7.
The ministry says the programme will roll out gradually toward a 40,000-home perimeter, with up to 40,000 public homes by 2030, and that a further call of about 1,000 units will follow before year-end. The official gazette has also ordered tighter monthly reporting from regional authorities.
