Costco Business Center Opens in Chandler, the Chain's 21st Arizona Location
CHANDLER, Maricopa County, Arizona - Costco's newest Business Center opened at 7 a.m. on Saturday, November 7, at 1111 West Pecos Road in Chandler, becoming the company's 21st location in Arizona, its second Business Center in the state and its 40th nationwide. The 140,000-square-foot warehouse is stocked for small business owners and includes a gas station with 15 fueling positions. Unlike Costco's consumer warehouses, Business Centers focus on bulk goods for restaurants, convenience stores and offices, and open earlier in the day. Costco says more Arizona stores are on the way, with a new Scottsdale location planned to open in 2027. Commercial growth across the Phoenix metro area that includes Chandler has continued this week, as a Whole Foods Market and an Aldi in downtown Phoenix also announced opening dates, set for November 12 and December 2 respectively.
