佛蒙特州州警在I-91查获时速97英里超速车辆 驾驶人被开传票
位于佛蒙特州喀里多尼亚县的Sheffield镇发生一起超速案件。佛蒙特州警察局11月7日发布通报：当日傍晚约6时29分，州警在91号州际公路（I-91）北行方向、Sheffield境内152英里标附近，观测到一辆车以每小时97英里的速度向北行驶，该路段限速为每小时65英里。
州警拦停车辆后确认，驾驶人是住在Barton镇的Justin Barton-Caplin。Barton-Caplin因涉嫌超速行驶（Excessive Speed）被开出传票，须到佛蒙特州高等法院喀里多尼亚刑事庭出庭，出庭日期与时间以法院书记官确认为准。

Vermont Troopers Cite Driver at 97 mph on I-91 in Sheffield
A speeding case was reported in the town of Sheffield, in Caledonia County, Vermont. The Vermont State Police said in a release on November 7 that at about 6:29 p.m. that day, troopers observed a vehicle driving northbound on Interstate 91 near mile marker 152 in Sheffield at 97 mph, in an area where the posted speed limit is 65 mph.
After a traffic stop, troopers identified the operator as Justin Barton-Caplin of Barton. Barton-Caplin was cited for excessive speed and ordered to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division; the court date and time are subject to confirmation by the court clerk.
The case number is 26A5006433, the investigating trooper is Jacob Shores of the Derby Barracks, and the barracks can be reached at 802-334-8881. The charge remains pending before the court.
