Oklahoma Highway Patrol Issues Endangered Missing Advisory for Noble Woman, 39
NOBLE, Okla. — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol issued an endangered missing advisory on November 6 at the request of the Noble Police Department for a missing 39-year-old Noble woman. The woman, Alisa Lesley, 39, has blonde hair and brown eyes and was last seen on Thursday, November 5, wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and black boots.
The Oklahoma Department of Public Safety said Lesley has a skull-and-crossbones tattoo on her upper back and a tattoo of the Chinese character for 'strength' on her upper right side. She left home on foot after leaving a note, without her cellphone, and has a history of depression and self-harm. Given her condition, police have classified her as endangered and fear for her safety. Having no phone has made the search harder, and police asked the public to watch for a blonde woman in a black hoodie, blue jeans and black boots and to call 911 if she is spotted.
