旧金山饺子品牌Dumpling Time首进爱达荷 博伊西开业
爱达荷州艾达县博伊西市消息：源自旧金山的饺子品牌Dumpling Time于11月6日在博伊西市中心的Warehouse Food Hall开业，这是该品牌首次走出旧金山湾区，也是其母公司Omakase Restaurant Group在爱达荷州开设的第二家餐厅。

San Francisco Dumpling Brand Dumpling Time Opens First Idaho Location in Boise
BOISE, Idaho — Dumpling Time, a dumpling brand from San Francisco, opened on November 6 at the Warehouse Food Hall in downtown Boise. It is the brand's first location outside the San Francisco Bay Area and the second Idaho restaurant for its parent company, Omakase Restaurant Group.
Headquartered in San Francisco, Omakase Restaurant Group operates the Michelin-starred Niku Steakhouse as well as Raibu Sushi Bar, already open in Boise. Its chief executive is Kash Feng, a Chinese American entrepreneur born in Xi'an. The new location runs on a fast-casual model with counter ordering, featuring the brand's most popular dishes.
In its November 6 announcement, the company said the Boise opening is the first step in expanding the brand beyond the Bay Area. The Warehouse Food Hall, a popular dining destination in downtown Boise, welcomed the new restaurant on opening day.
