华盛顿国会山中文角11月8日聚会 华语爱好者免费练口语
哥伦比亚特区华盛顿市消息：华盛顿中文语言俱乐部（DC Chinese Language Club，原华盛顿中文见面小组）将于11月8日上午10时在国会山 The Roost 美食广场举办「聊聊天」（Chit Chat）中文口语聚会，地址为宾夕法尼亚大道东南1401号，欢迎从初学者到母语者的各水平华语爱好者免费参加。
聚会地点在 The Roost 内 Show of Hands 酒吧后方的座位区，现场有桌牌指引。活动地点位于波托马克大道地铁站附近，周边停车情况请以现场为准。
组织方介绍，聚会为轻松的中文闲聊，不设课程，旨在为大华盛顿地区的华语学习者与华人居民提供交流平台。此后聚会日期为11月29日、明年1月10日、2月14日、3月14日与4月18日，12月不安排活动。
Chinese Corner Meets November 8 on Capitol Hill in Washington for Free Mandarin Conversation
Washington, D.C. — The DC Chinese Language Club (formerly the Washington Chinese meetup group) will hold its Chit Chat Mandarin conversation gathering at 10 a.m. on November 8 at The Roost food hall on Capitol Hill, at 1401 Pennsylvania Avenue SE. Mandarin enthusiasts of all levels, from beginners to native speakers, are welcome to attend free of charge.
The gathering will be in the seating area behind the Show of Hands bar inside The Roost, with table signs for guidance. The venue is near the Potomac Avenue Metro station; parking in the area is subject to on-site conditions.
The organizers say the gathering is relaxed Chinese conversation with no classes, intended to give Mandarin learners and Chinese residents in the greater Washington area a place to connect. Later dates are November 29, January 10, February 14, March 14 and April 18, with no gathering scheduled in December.
