怀俄明州州长Mark Gordon11月4日签署第2026-011号行政令，延长全州牲畜饲料与牲畜超限运输的紧急许可授权，新的延期最迟于2026年12月6日到期。
州长办公室表示，此次延期源于怀俄明州2026年春夏季遭遇大范围干旱、高温、低湿度和野火，牧场草料与天然饲草枯竭，造成牲畜饲料严重短缺，威胁该州农业部门和整体经济。紧急许可授权允许运输超尺寸、超重牲畜饲料和牲畜的车辆在州内通行，以缓解饲料供应危机。
该行政令在第2026-008号行政令批准的上一轮延期到期后接续生效，原始授权为第2026-005号行政令。行政令全文可在州长网站查阅，有关许可办理的问题也可通过州长网站查询。
Wyoming Governor Extends Emergency Livestock Transportation Permits Through December 6
Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon on November 4 signed Executive Order 2026-011, extending the emergency relief permits for vehicles transporting oversize and overweight loads of livestock feed and livestock across Wyoming. The extension expires no later than December 6, 2026.
The governor's office said the extension responds to widespread drought, high temperatures, low humidity and wildfires across Wyoming during the spring and summer of 2026, which depleted pasture grass and natural forage and created a critical livestock feed shortage threatening the state's agricultural sector and general economy. The permits allow oversize and overweight loads of livestock feed and livestock to move across the state to ease the shortage.
The order takes effect on the expiration of the current extension approved by Executive Order 2026-008 and follows the original authorization in Executive Order 2026-005. The full order is available on the governor's website.
