萨克拉门托县公开抽选人工计票选区：719个选区中抽8个复核

美国加利福尼亚州萨克拉门托县选民登记与选举办公室11月4日上午10时公开抽选选区，为11月3日大选的一百分之一人工计票确定核查范围。抽选在位于萨克拉门托市65街7000号的选举办公室举行，全程向公众开放。县选举部门表示，人工计票是加州法律要求的例行核查程序，目的是验证机器计票结果的准确性，在选举结果认证前完成。
根据县选举部门发布的消息，此次将从全县719个选区中随机抽取8个选区，对投票中心的选票进行人工复核；同时还将随机抽取邮寄选票计票批次，人工复核量不少于邮寄选票总批次的百分之一。抽选的选区和选票批次确定后，人工计票工作将于11月12日上午9时正式开始。县选举部门强调，抽选与人工计票过程均公开透明，任何市民均可到场见证。
萨克拉门托县此次大选的计票工作仍在进行中。县选举部门提醒市民，最终结果以官方认证为准。

Sacramento County Publicly Selects Precincts for Manual Tally: 8 of 719 Precincts Drawn for Recheck
Sacramento County Voter Registration and Elections, in Sacramento County, California, conducted a public random selection at 10 a.m. on November 4 to choose precincts and ballot batches for the one percent manual tally required for the November 3, 2026, General Election. The selection took place at the Elections Office at 7000 65th Street in Sacramento and was open to the public. The county says the manual tally validates the tabulation of ballots generated by electronic voting equipment before election results are certified.
According to the county's release, eight precincts will be selected from the county's total of 719 precincts for a manual tally of Vote Center ballots, and randomly selected Vote by Mail tabulation batches equal to at least one percent of the total will also be tallied by hand. The manual tally itself will begin at 9 a.m. on November 12. Both the public random selection and the manual tally are open to the public and media for observation.
Counting for the general election continues in Sacramento County. The county reminds residents that final results are subject to official certification.
