特朗普签署两项法案成为法律：国际宗教自由委员会授权延至2028财年、ALS疗法法案延至2031财年
白宫11月3日发布声明：特朗普总统当天签署两项国会法案成为法律，分别是延长美国国际宗教自由委员会授权的 H.R. 1744 与延长「加速 ALS 关键疗法可及性法案」授权的 H.R. 8205。两项法案均于11月3日在华盛顿签署生效。
第一项是 H.R. 1744《2026年美国国际宗教自由委员会再授权法案》（United States Commission on International Religious Freedom Reauthorization Act of 2026）：该法把美国国际宗教自由委员会（USCIRF）的授权延长，并为其提供年度拨款授权至2028财政年度。
第二项是 H.R. 8205《2026年加速 ALS 关键疗法可及性再授权法案》（Accelerating Access to Critical Therapies for ALS Reauthorization Act of 2026）：该法把《加速 ALS 关键疗法可及性法案》的授权延长至2031财政年度。ALS 即肌萎缩侧索硬化症。

Trump Signs Two Bills Into Law: International Religious Freedom Commission Reauthorized Through FY2028, ALS Therapies Act Through FY2031
The White House announced on November 3 that President Donald J. Trump had signed two congressional bills into law that day in Washington: H.R. 1744, reauthorizing the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom, and H.R. 8205, reauthorizing the Accelerating Access to Critical Therapies for ALS Act.
H.R. 1744, the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom Reauthorization Act of 2026, extends and authorizes annual appropriations for the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) through Fiscal Year 2028.
H.R. 8205, the Accelerating Access to Critical Therapies for ALS Reauthorization Act of 2026, reauthorizes the Accelerating Access to Critical Therapies for ALS Act through Fiscal Year 2031. ALS is amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
The White House signing statement listed only the two bills, their titles, and their new authorization periods, with no additional comment.
