官方选举信息统一见 elections.hawaii.gov，协助电话为（808）453-VOTE。

Hawaii Election Day: Ballots Must Arrive by 7 p.m., and Honolulu Voters Face 20 Charter Questions
November 3 was Hawaii's general election day and the last day voter service centers were open, where residents could register, update records and vote in person. Mailed ballots had to reach county election offices by 7 p.m.; postmarks do not count. The Office of Elections said general election mail ballots should have arrived by October 16 and that service centers were open from October 20 through November 3, urging voters to vote early to avoid Election Day lines. The ballot included governor and lieutenant governor, both U.S. House seats, 13 state Senate seats and all 51 state House seats, five Office of Hawaiian Affairs trustees, and a special election for state Senate District 19. Voters also decided state constitutional amendments and county charter amendments, including 20 charter questions on the City and County of Honolulu ballot alone. Chief Election Officer Scott Nago urged voters to review the voter guide, sample ballots and amendment explanations on the Office of Elections website before heading to a service center. Registration and updates could be completed online before voting in person, and accessible voting options were available. Official information is at elections.hawaii.gov, with assistance at (808) 453-VOTE.
