印尼能源部长称价格不合适就不向新加坡出口电力：国内需求优先
雅加达—印度尼西亚能源与矿产资源部长巴赫利尔·拉哈达利亚11月2日在雅加达总统府对记者表示，印尼近期不太可能出口电力，国内需求必须优先；如果买方接受印尼政府提出的价格，出口仍然可能。他说，能源部已经测算出拟议的出口电价，但没有公布具体数字，也没有给出可以开始出口的时间。
这番表态给印尼向新加坡供应低碳电力的计划增添了不确定性。按现有规划，印尼到2035年可向新加坡供应多达3.4吉瓦低碳电力；新加坡能源市场管理局已就其中2吉瓦发出有条件许可证、另对1.4吉瓦给出有条件批准。新加坡提出到2035年进口6吉瓦低碳电力的目标，印尼项目约占其中的57%。
新加坡约95%的电力来自天然气发电，电力供应关系对两国都很重要。两国2025年6月签署了涵盖跨境电力贸易、碳捕集与封存以及在廖内群岛建设可持续工业区的协议。新加坡外交部长维文10月28日访问雅加达时表示，各国政府有责任先保障本国人口的基本供应，但国内能源安全与跨境合作并非不可兼得。

Indonesia Will Not Export Electricity to Singapore Unless the Price Is Right, Minister Says
JAKARTA — Indonesia is unlikely to export electricity in the near future and will prioritise domestic needs, Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Bahlil Lahadalia told reporters at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta on November 2, while leaving exports open if buyers accept the price set by his government. He said the ministry has already calculated its proposed export price but did not disclose the figure or indicate when exports could begin.
The remarks cast uncertainty over plans for Indonesia to supply Singapore with up to 3.4 gigawatts of low-carbon electricity by 2035. Singapore's Energy Market Authority has granted conditional licences for 2 gigawatts of imports from Indonesia and conditional approvals for another 1.4 gigawatts. The Indonesian projects would equal about 57 percent of Singapore's target of importing 6 gigawatts of low-carbon electricity by 2035.
Singapore generates about 95 percent of its electricity using natural gas, making the supply relationship important to both countries. The two countries signed agreements in June 2025 covering cross-border electricity trade, carbon capture and storage, and a sustainable industrial zone in the Riau Islands. During an October 28 visit to Jakarta, Singapore Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan said governments have a responsibility to secure essential supplies for their own populations, but argued that domestic energy security and cross-border cooperation are not mutually exclusive.
