土耳其：环境部长称91位国家元首和政府首脑已确认出席安塔利亚COP31气候大会
土耳其环境、城市化与气候变化部长 Murat Kurum 10月31日（周六）表示，土耳其已收到91位国家元首和政府首脑出席第31届联合国气候变化大会（COP31）的确认。大会定于11月9日至20日在土耳其南部地中海城市安塔利亚举行。
Kurum 说，本届大会预计将汇聚196个国家的代表、近300位部长以及约150万名访客。他说土耳其将借大会展示其城市发展经验、2023年2月6日地震后的重建努力、机构能力以及与国际组织的合作。他表示，土耳其将再次向全世界展示总统埃尔多安（Recep Tayyip Erdoğan）重视和平、对话与外交的方针。
土耳其把 COP31 定位为加强气候行动国际合作、把全球承诺转化为具体落实的机会。大会将汇聚各国政府、国际组织、科学家、企业界与民间社会代表，讨论气候挑战与更可持续未来的路径。
本届大会的主席国安排由此前达成的方案确定：土耳其担任大会主席并主办会议，澳大利亚气候部长 Chris Bowen 担任谈判主席。
Türkiye: 91 Heads of State and Government Confirmed for COP31 in Antalya, Environment Minister Says
Türkiye has received confirmations from 91 heads of state and government to attend the 31st Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP31), Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Minister Murat Kurum said on Saturday, October 31. The summit is scheduled for November 9 to 20 in Antalya, a Mediterranean city in southern Türkiye.
The conference is expected to bring together representatives from 196 countries, nearly 300 ministers and around 1.5 million visitors, Kurum said. He said Türkiye would use the conference to showcase its experience in urban development, its reconstruction efforts following the February 6, 2023 earthquakes, its institutional capacity and its cooperation with international organizations. Türkiye will once again demonstrate to the whole world President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's approach, which prioritizes peace, dialogue and diplomacy, he said.
Türkiye is positioning COP31 as an opportunity to strengthen international cooperation on climate action and translate global commitments into concrete implementation. The conference will bring together government representatives, international organizations, scientists, business leaders and civil society groups to address climate challenges and discuss pathways toward a more sustainable future.
Under the arrangement agreed for this year's summit, Türkiye hosts the conference and holds the COP presidency, while Australia's climate minister Chris Bowen serves as President of Negotiations.
