澳大利亚马戏团Circa《鸭塘》11月1日登台北岭：把《天鹅湖》翻成杂技秀
位于加利福尼亚州洛杉矶县北岭（Northridge）的索拉亚表演艺术中心（The Soraya，18111 Nordhoff St, Northridge, CA 91330）将在11月1日下午3时上演澳大利亚当代马戏团Circa的《鸭塘》（Duck Pond），仅此一场。
《鸭塘》由Circa艺术总监亚龙·利夫希茨（Yaron Lifschitz）与团员共同创作，把柴可夫斯基《天鹅湖》的世界与安徒生《丑小鸭》的故事撞在一起：羽毛横飞的舞台上，芭蕾的优雅被高空、翻腾与人体金字塔的杂技语汇重新讲述，讲的仍是身份与蜕变。Circa是澳大利亚最具国际声誉的当代马戏团体之一，巡演遍及全球四十多个国家。
本场是索拉亚本季舞蹈与马戏板块的重头节目，时长约一小时二十分钟，适合带大孩子同行；马戏表演者阵容可能临场调整，主办方将在临近演出日公布确切名单。

Circa's 'Duck Pond' Reimagines Swan Lake as a Circus Spectacle at The Soraya on November 1
At The Soraya (18111 Nordhoff St, Northridge, CA 91330) in Northridge, Los Angeles County, California, Australian contemporary circus company Circa performs Duck Pond on November 1 at 3:00 p.m., for one performance only.
Created by artistic director Yaron Lifschitz and the Circa ensemble, Duck Pond collides Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake with Hans Christian Andersen's The Ugly Duckling: feathers fly as ballet's elegance is retold through aerial work, tumbling and human pyramids, in a story about identity and transformation. Circa is one of Australia's most internationally toured contemporary circus companies, with performances in more than 40 countries.
The single matinee is a headline date in The Soraya's dance and circus season and runs about 80 minutes; the company notes that individual acrobats may change, with the confirmed cast list posted closer to the performance.
