房产估值复核申请11月2日截止：河滨县业主认为估值偏高可申请复核，正式上诉至11月30日
加利福尼亚州河滨县估值官兼县书记官办公室提醒业主两项截止日期临近：认为自家房产在2026年1月1日的市场价值低于评估价值的业主，可在11月2日（周一）前提交「价值下降重新评估申请」（又称复核申请）。今年常规截止日11月1日适逢周日，顺延至下一个工作日。
复核申请由县估值官办公室处理，业主无需缴付费用即可请求按较低的市场价值重新评估。若对评估结果仍有异议，可在11月30日前向河滨县监事会书记官提交正式的评估上诉申请，走听证程序。
县府提醒，两个程序相互独立：提交复核申请不等于自动进入上诉程序，错过11月2日复核截止日的业主，仍可在11月30日前直接提出正式上诉。表格与说明见县估值官办公室网站 rivcoacr.org。
Riverside County Property Review Requests Due November 2; Appeals Run to November 30
The Riverside County Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder, in California, is reminding property owners of two approaching deadlines. Owners who believe their property's market value as of January 1, 2026 is lower than its assessed value may file a Decline-in-Value Reassessment Application, also called a Request for Review, by Monday, November 2, 2026. The regular November 1 deadline falls on a Sunday this year, so it extends to the next business day.
Requests for Review are handled by the Assessor's office. Owners who still dispute the value may file a formal Assessment Appeal Application by November 30, 2026, with the Riverside County Clerk of the Board, for a hearing process.
The county stresses the two tracks are separate: filing a review request does not start an appeal, and owners who miss the November 2 review deadline can still appeal directly by November 30. Forms and guidance are at rivcoacr.org.
