国土安全部下令联邦文职机构清除Acronis产品：排除令10月30日刊《联邦公报》，180天内移除
美国国土安全部（DHS）关于瑞士网络安全公司 Acronis 的「排除与移除令」10 月 30 日刊登于《联邦公报》（91 FR 68528，文号 DHS-2026-0694）。该令将 Acronis AG 及其全部关联实体、以及由其直接或间接供应的产品，排除在联邦文职机构的采购之外，并要求各机构把已装入信息技术系统的 Acronis 产品全部移除。
这道命令由国土安全部部长 Markwayne Mullin 于 7 月 31 日签署，10 月 28 日提交《联邦公报》公示、10 月 30 日正式刊登。各文职机构须把 Acronis 产品从本机构信息系统中移除，期限为 180 天；正在进行与今后的采购一律不得纳入 Acronis 及其关联实体的产品。
命令附带的风险摘要称，Acronis 的网络与备份工具对其客户安全系统拥有特权级（root）访问权限，对美国政府信息系统构成重大风险。此类排除与移除令依据 2018 年《联邦采购供应链安全法》作出，由联邦采购安全委员会评估供应链风险后提出建议，再由相应官员签发。
这不是 Acronis 第一次被美国政府系统排除：国家情报总监已于 2025 年签发同类命令，把 Acronis 排除出情报界的采购与信息系统，那是这部法律下的首道此类命令；总务管理局（GSA）随后也把 Acronis 产品从其采购平台下架。
国土安全部上周刚以同一法律工具对另一家公司发出过同类命令：10 月 20 日刊登的命令要求联邦文职机构停止采购并移除中国人工智能公司 DeepSeek 的产品。Acronis 自 2016 财年以来未再直接获得联邦合同，但其产品经转售商与合作伙伴渠道流通，实际使用范围难以完全追踪。

DHS Orders Acronis Products Out of Civilian Federal Systems: Exclusion Order Published in the Federal Register, 180 Days to Remove
The Department of Homeland Security's exclusion and removal order covering Swiss cybersecurity company Acronis was published in the Federal Register on October 30 (91 FR 68528, Docket No. DHS-2026-0694). The order excludes Acronis AG and all affiliated entities, as well as any products directly or indirectly supplied by them, from federal civilian agency procurements, and requires agencies to remove all Acronis products from their information technology systems.
The order was signed by Secretary of Homeland Security Markwayne Mullin on July 31, filed for public inspection on October 28, and published on October 30. Civilian agencies must remove Acronis products from their systems within 180 days, and Acronis and its affiliates are barred from ongoing and future procurements.
A summary of risks in the order states that Acronis's cyber and backup tools have privileged, or root, access to customer security systems and present significant risk to U.S. government information systems. Such orders are issued under the Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act of 2018, on the recommendation of the Federal Acquisition Security Council.
It is not the first such order against Acronis: in 2025 the Director of National Intelligence excluded the company from intelligence community procurements and systems, the first order of its kind under the law, and the General Services Administration removed Acronis products from its purchasing schedules.
DHS used the same authority last week against another company: an order published on October 20 requires civilian agencies to stop procuring and remove products from Chinese artificial intelligence company DeepSeek. Acronis has not won a direct federal contract since fiscal 2016, but its products circulate through resellers and partners, making their actual footprint hard to track.
