The La Jolla community in San Diego, San Diego County, California, holds its 70th annual Christmas Parade and Holiday Festival on Sunday, December 6, 2026, with the parade stepping off at 1 p.m.
According to the parade's official site, this year's theme is A Village Christmas Celebrating 70 Years of Holiday Tradition. The parade travels down Girard Avenue to Prospect Street over about 90 minutes, and a holiday festival runs from 1 to 5 p.m. at the La Jolla Recreation Center. Santa Claus greets children from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. outside Chase Bank and again from 3 to 4 p.m. at the festival.
