Christmas Carol Goes Wrong Runs December 12 to January 10 at the Ahmanson Theatre: Mischief's Disaster Comedy Take on Dickens
The Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California, presents the comedy Christmas Carol Goes Wrong from December 12, 2026, to January 10, 2027: the fictional Cornley Amateur Drama Society returns to tackle Charles Dickens's A Christmas Carol, turning the holiday classic into a string of stage disasters. The theatre is at 135 North Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
According to Center Theatre Group's announced 2026-27 season, the show comes from Mischief, the company behind the award-winning The Play That Goes Wrong and Peter Pan Goes Wrong. It is a separate production from South Coast Repertory's traditional A Christmas Carol in Costa Mesa, which this newsroom covers in a companion story.
