柬埔寨：前九个月国际游客246.4万人次同比降43.7%，中国游客64.3万仍居第二大客源
柬埔寨旅游部10月27日发布的报告显示，2026年1月至9月，柬埔寨接待国际游客2464033人次，同比下降43.7%；中国游客643314人次，同比下降27.6%，仍是柬埔寨第二大客源国。
第一大客源国越南有651486人次，同比下降28.1%（去年同期906398人次）；美国以140276人次居第三，下降5.6%。越南与中国两国合计约占柬埔寨国际游客总量的52.6%。按入境方式计，陆路入境下降61.2%至约86.75万人次，航空入境下降26.3%至154万人次；西哈努克国际机场的国际入境人数则逆势增长68.5%，至约7.37万人次。
与国际旅游形成对照的是国内旅游：前九个月，柬埔寨国内旅游达2720万人次，同比增长46%。
旅游部长胡哈把国际游客下滑归因于三方面：网络诈骗团伙带来的负面报道、柬埔寨与泰国边境的紧张局势，以及中东冲突推高燃油成本、削弱全球出行意愿。他呼吁政府机构与私营企业加强合作，共同做好旅游推广、丰富旅游产品、提高服务质量。
值得注意的是，这一统计期覆盖了柬埔寨对中国护照持有者四个月免签试点的大部分时间（2026年6月15日至10月15日，期间可多次入境、每次停留最长14天），但中国游客人数仍低于去年同期，其中9月单月下降46.9%，至约5.53万人次。
Cambodia: International Arrivals Fall 43.7% in First Nine Months; Chinese Visitors Still Second-Largest Group at 643,314
Cambodia received 2,464,033 international visitors in the first nine months of 2026, down 43.7% year on year, according to a Ministry of Tourism report released on October 27. Chinese arrivals fell 27.6% to 643,314, leaving China as Cambodia's second-largest source market.
Vietnam remained the largest market with 651,486 arrivals, down 28.1% from 906,398 a year earlier, while the United States was third with 140,276 arrivals, down 5.6%. Vietnam and China together accounted for about 52.6% of all international arrivals. By mode of entry, land arrivals fell 61.2% to about 867,500 and air arrivals fell 26.3% to 1.54 million, while international arrivals through Sihanoukville International Airport rose 68.5% to approximately 73,700, bucking the national decline.
Domestic tourism moved in the opposite direction, recording 27.2 million trips in the first nine months, up 46% year on year.
Tourism Minister Huot Hak attributed the decline to negative publicity surrounding online scam networks, tensions along the Cambodia-Thailand border, and Middle East conflicts that raised fuel costs and weakened global travel demand. He called for closer cooperation between government agencies and private businesses to strengthen promotion, diversify tourism products and improve service quality.
The reporting period covered most of Cambodia's four-month visa-free trial for Chinese passport holders, which ran from June 15 to October 15, 2026 and allowed multiple entries with stays of up to 14 days per visit. Chinese arrivals nevertheless remained below year-earlier levels, with September arrivals down 46.9% to approximately 55,300, following declines in July and August.
