Banning：区域光纤线路被割断，市府电话服务受影响

Banning: Regional Fiber Line Cut Disrupts City Phone Service
The City of Banning, in Riverside County, California, reported that a regional fiber-optic line was cut, disrupting telephone service at City Hall and leaving some city phone lines unable to connect normally.
According to the city, the disruption came from damage to a regional fiber line outside city systems, not from an internal City Hall failure, and the service affected was the city's telephone service.
The city's notice did not state a confirmed restoration time. Repair work rests with the line operator, and the city said further status updates would be posted through its official website.
