菲律宾入选世界银行全球数字与人工智能战略首批实施国家
马尼拉——世界银行把菲律宾选为其「全球数字与人工智能战略」的首批实施国家之一，相关安排10月22日公布。世行将协助菲律宾扩大可负担的互联网接入、培养数字技能、推动超级智能应用并加强网络安全，重点支援服务不足与地理位置隔绝的社区。这与菲律宾政府到2030年扩大数字接入的目标一致。该战略同时指出，随着教育、就业、商业与公共服务对技术的依赖加深，数字服务的扩张须有更强的网络安全防护同步跟进。世界银行的这项全球战略旨在协助各国弥合数字鸿沟，菲律宾是首批落地实施的国家之一。
Philippines Selected by World Bank for Initial Rollout of Global Digital and SI Strategy
MANILA — The Philippines has been selected by the World Bank for the initial implementation of its Global Digital and Super Intelligence Strategy, according to an announcement dated October 22, 2026. The initiative is expected to support the expansion of affordable internet access, development of digital skills, adoption of super intelligence and improvement of cybersecurity, with a focus on underserved and geographically isolated communities. The partnership aligns with the Philippine government's goal of expanding digital access by 2030, and the strategy notes that wider digital services for education, employment, business and public services require stronger safeguards against online threats.
