特朗普签署10项法案成法：Chiricahua升格国家公园，约会软件须向用户发出诈骗封禁提示

Trump Signs 10 Bills Into Law: Chiricahua Becomes a National Park, Dating Services Must Send Fraud Ban Notices
The White House said in a statement on October 20 that President Trump signed 10 congressional bills into law that day, covering national parks, land transfers, anti-fraud protection, human trafficking prevention and energy permitting.
Under the Chiricahua National Park Act (H.R. 6380), the Chiricahua National Monument in southeastern Arizona is redesignated as Chiricahua National Park. The Romance Scam Prevention Act (H.R. 2481) requires online dating service providers to give a fraud ban notification to a member who has received a message through the service from a member who was banned due to fraudulent activity.
The other eight bills are: the Clergy Act (H.R. 227), allowing a two-year period in which ministers, members of a religious order and Christian Science practitioners may apply to the Internal Revenue Service to revoke their exemption from Social Security coverage; H.R. 837, requiring the Secretary of Agriculture to convey the Pleasant Valley Ranger District Administrative Site on the Tonto National Forest to Gila County, Arizona; the Critical Infrastructure Manufacturing Feasibility Act (H.R. 1721), requiring the Department of Commerce to study the costs, benefits and feasibility of manufacturing in the United States high-demand products imported due to manufacturing, material or supply chain constraints; the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe Project Lands Restoration Act (H.R. 2388), taking certain land in Washington into trust for the tribe; the Southcentral Foundation Land Transfer Act of 2025 (H.R. 3620), requiring conveyance of land in Anchorage, Alaska, to the Southcentral Foundation; the Enhancing Detection of Human Trafficking Act (H.R. 4307), requiring the Secretary of Labor to train certain Labor Department employees to detect human trafficking and assist law enforcement; the Vicksburg National Military Park Boundary Modification Act (H.R. 4467), directing the Secretary of the Interior to convey about seven acres of federal land within the park to Mississippi for a new interpretive center; and the License to Drill Act (H.R. 7831), extending the Interior Department's authority to collect certain oil and gas permit application processing fees.
The White House statement listed each bill's number and main provisions and did not announce details of a signing ceremony. Chiricahua is known for its rhyolite rock spires, and the redesignation makes it another national park in Arizona.
