康涅狄格州14天现场提前投票开启：持续至11月1日，选举日为11月3日
位于美国东北部康涅狄格州哈特福德县的州府 Hartford 10月19日发布：康涅狄格州州长 Governor Ned Lamont 与州务卿 Stephanie Thomas 提醒选民，2026年大选为期14天的现场提前投票已经开启，将持续至11月1日，选举日为11月3日。
提前投票在全州各市镇的指定地点进行，常规开放时间为每日上午10时至下午6时，10月27日与10月29日延长为上午8时至晚8时。州务卿办公室提示，多数市镇只设一个提前投票点，且可能与选举日投票点不同，选民只能在自己登记的市镇投票，出行前应先查询本镇投票点。
缺席选票已自10月2日起开放申请，申请截止11月2日；康涅狄格州已不再要求选民说明缺席投票理由。

Connecticut Opens 14 Days of In-Person Early Voting Through Nov. 1, Ahead of Nov. 3 Election Day
In Hartford, the capital of Connecticut in Hartford County in the northeastern United States, Governor Ned Lamont and Secretary of the State Stephanie Thomas on Oct. 19 reminded voters that 14 days of in-person early voting for the 2026 general election have begun, running through Nov. 1, ahead of Election Day on Nov. 3.
Early voting takes place at designated locations in every town, generally from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, with extended hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Oct. 27 and Oct. 29. The secretary of the state's office noted that most towns have a single early voting site, which may differ from the Election Day polling place, and that voters may vote only in the town where they are registered.
Absentee ballots have been available since Oct. 2, with applications due by Nov. 2; Connecticut no longer requires voters to give a reason for voting absentee.
