位于加州橙县的 Irvine 市10月19日宣布，该市全新的在线服务平台 PRISM 第一阶段正式上线。PRISM 全称为「土地管理公共资源与综合系统」（Public Resource & Integrated System for Land Management），本地企业与居民可通过 prism.cityofirvine.gov，在任何设备上全天候申办新的营业执照、续办现有执照，或提交市容执法（code enforcement）方面的举报。市政府表示，PRISM 后续阶段将把规划与许可审批等更多市政服务纳入同一平台；推出该系统是市府为居民与社区伙伴提供透明、高效、易用在线工具的一部分。为准备系统上线，市府营业执照服务曾于10月5日至19日期间暂停办理。
City of Irvine Launches PRISM, an Online Platform for Business Licenses and Code Enforcement Reports
The City of Irvine, in Orange County, California, announced on October 19 the launch of the first phase of PRISM, the Public Resource & Integrated System for Land Management. Through prism.cityofirvine.gov, local businesses and residents can now use any device, 24/7, to apply for a new business license, renew an existing license, or report a code enforcement concern. The city said future phases will expand the platform to additional digital services, including planning and permitting. The launch is part of the city's commitment to providing transparent, efficient and accessible online tools for residents and community partners; business licensing services were temporarily unavailable from October 5 to 19 while the city prepared the launch.
