「粤艇南下」正式实施 首批五艘广东游艇抵港
「粤艇南下」10月16日在香港正式实施，首批五艘广东注册游艇当日驶入香港水域，中午前后陆续靠泊大屿山愉景湾的游艇会，附近船只鸣笛迎接。五艘游艇船长约13至38米，其中三艘来自深圳、一艘来自广州南沙、一艘来自珠海。署理财政司司长黄伟纶主持欢迎仪式时表示，香港正积极建设成为亚洲游艇枢纽，机场、南丫岛、香港仔及红磡四个新游艇停泊项目正推进，合计将提供超过1100个泊位，较现有总数增加约三成。
为配合新安排，香港海事处推出多项便利措施：访港游艇可经电子业务系统一站式提交船只、船员及乘客资料，无须经本地代理；访港游艇无须预先在私人游艇会预留泊位，可在赤柱湾、大潭湾、浅水湾、西贡企岭下海及大澳五个指定锚泊区停泊，按40米游艇计约可容纳115艘。访港游艇须配备船舶自动识别系统及甚高频无线电，动态监察系统会实时追踪停泊位置；操作人员除须符合船籍主管机关规定外，也须通过香港水域本地知识考试。
香港拥有约1180公里海岸线和263座岛屿，现时约有4000个游艇泊位、超过1.2万艘注册游艇。运输及物流局局长陈美宝表示，海事处会加强巡逻及监察，并向游艇提供安全资讯。今年6月「港澳游艇北上」已先行实施，「粤艇南下」落地后，粤港澳大湾区游艇自由行实现双向互通。
Southbound Yacht Scheme Launches as First Five Guangdong Yachts Arrive in Hong Kong
The southbound yacht travel scheme took effect in Hong Kong on October 16, with the first five Guangdong-registered yachts entering Hong Kong waters and docking around noon at a yacht club in Discovery Bay on Lantau Island. The vessels, ranging from about 13 to 38 metres, came from Shenzhen (three), Nansha in Guangzhou (one) and Zhuhai (one). Acting Financial Secretary Michael Wong, officiating at the welcoming ceremony, said Hong Kong is building itself into Asia's yacht hub, and that four new marina projects at the airport, Lamma Island, Aberdeen and Hung Hom will add more than 1,100 berths, a roughly 30 percent increase.
Under the scheme, visiting yachts can file entry details through the Marine Department's electronic business system and anchor at five designated areas — Stanley Bay, Tai Tam Bay, Repulse Bay, Three Fathoms Cove in Sai Kung and Tai O — without pre-booking a private berth. Vessels must carry AIS equipment and VHF radio, masters must pass a local-knowledge examination on Hong Kong waters, and a dynamic monitoring system tracks mooring positions in real time. Hong Kong has about 1,180 kilometres of coastline, 263 islands, some 4,000 yacht berths and over 12,000 registered yachts. The launch follows June's northbound scheme, completing two-way individual yacht travel within the Greater Bay Area.
