加州洛杉矶县 Avalon 市公布最新系船位出售清单：市府不介入交易 售出须通知以便转让许可
位于加州洛杉矶县圣卡塔利娜岛的 Avalon 市10月26日公布更新版《Avalon 系船位出售清单》：Avalon 港内私人拥有的系船位可由业主自行出售，市府同步发布了截至10月26日的最新在售名单。
市府说明，有意把系船位挂牌出售的业主可联系 Avalon 港务局（Harbor Department）。市政府不直接参与系船位的买卖交易，交易由买卖双方自行完成。
不过，系船位一旦售出，必须通知市府，以便市府把该系船位的「可撤销系船位许可」（Revocable Mooring Permit）转到新业主名下。
Avalon, Los Angeles County Publishes Updated Moorings-for-Sale List: City Not a Party to Sales, Notice Required to Transfer Permits
The City of Avalon, on Santa Catalina Island in California's Los Angeles County, published its updated "Avalon Moorings for Sale" list dated October 26, 2026: privately owned moorings in Avalon Harbor may be sold by their owners, and the city released the current list of moorings offered for sale.
Owners who wish to list a mooring can contact the Avalon Harbor Department. The city says it is not directly involved in the sales themselves; transactions are completed between the parties.
When a mooring is sold, however, the city must be notified so that the Revocable Mooring Permit for the mooring can be transferred to the new owner.
