加拿大快速通道大改：在加华人受影响，高薪职业最高加150分
加拿大移民、难民及公民部（IRCC）10 月 16 日宣布、11 月 3 日生效的快速通道（Express Entry）综合排名系统（CRS）改革，是今年加拿大技术移民最大的一次计分规则调整，直接影响在加华人留学生与工签持有人的永居前景。
新规核心是新增「劳动力市场融合」（Labour Market Integration）评分项，最高 150 分（有配偶或同居伴侣者 140 分）。候选人通过两条路径之一计分，取较高者，不可叠加：一是加拿大工作经验 — 工作年限分之外，在高薪职业工作满 12 个月（1560 小时）可再加 20 至 70 分；二是合格工作邀约 — 按职业薪资水平加 50、70 或 100 分。所谓高薪职业，指该职业全国中位薪资至少为全国整体中位薪资 1.3 倍的职业，分三档划线。
另一项重大变化是工作邀约分回归：2025 年 3 月为打击买卖劳工市场影响评估（LMIA）而取消的工作邀约加分，此次以新形式恢复，但不再需要 LMIA；有 LMIA 也不再额外加分、不获优先。移民官仍会在审理永居申请时核查工作邀约是否真实，包括雇主是否实际经营、有无履约能力。
IRCC 表示，系统将自动重新计算池内所有候选人的分数，过程最多两周，期间暂停邀请。本次改革适用于联邦技术工人、联邦技工、加拿大经验类及部分省提名项目。

Canada Overhauls Express Entry: High-Pay Occupations Gain Up to 150 Points in Change Affecting Chinese Applicants
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has carried out the biggest scoring change of the year to its Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). Announced on October 16 and effective November 3, the reform directly affects the permanent-residence prospects of Chinese international students and work-permit holders in Canada.
At its core is a new "Labour Market Integration" category worth up to 150 points (140 for candidates with a spouse or common-law partner). Candidates score through one of two routes — whichever is higher, with no stacking. Under the work-experience route, 12 months (1,560 hours) in a high-paying occupation adds 20 to 70 points on top of points for years worked. Under the job-offer route, a qualifying offer adds 50, 70 or 100 points depending on the occupation's pay level. A "high-paying" occupation is one whose national median wage is at least 1.3 times the overall national median, tiered in three bands.
Points for job offers also return in a new form: abolished in March 2025 to combat the buying and selling of Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA), offer points no longer require an LMIA, and holding one brings no extra points or priority. Officers will still verify that offers are genuine when assessing permanent-residence applications, including whether the employer is actively operating and able to honour the offer.
IRCC says scores for all candidates in the pool will be recalculated automatically, a process taking up to two weeks, with invitations paused in the meantime. The changes apply to the Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Skilled Trades and Canadian Experience Class programs and to part of the Provincial Nominee Program.
