中美经贸首脑11月6日视频通话 美方敦促落实釜山共识
哥伦比亚特区华盛顿市消息，北京时间11月6日晚，中美经贸磋商中方牵头人、国务院副总理何立峰与美国财政部长斯科特·贝森特（Scott Bessent）、美国贸易代表贾米森·格里尔（Jamieson Greer）举行视频通话。双方就落实两国元首在北京和华盛顿会晤达成的共识，以及前期经贸磋商成果交换了意见，并同意继续发挥中美经贸磋商机制的作用。美国财政部发表的声明表示，贝森特与格里尔在通话中敦促中方全面、立即落实釜山协议。所谓釜山协议源于两国元首2025年10月在韩国釜山亚太经合组织领导人会议期间的会晤，是双方在当年互征关税、紧张升温后达成的缓和安排，贸易休战已延长至2027年1月10日。按双方此前的表态，中方将继续购买美国大豆，并暂停新的稀土出口管制；美方则表示中方已同意自2026年起每年购买约170亿美元美国农产品。通话结果受到在美华人商界关注，相关关税优惠规则仍有待进一步公布。
U.S.-China Economic Chiefs Hold Video Call on Nov. 6; U.S. Urges Full Implementation of Busan Consensus
WASHINGTON, D.C. — He Lifeng, China's lead negotiator for economic and trade affairs and a vice premier, held a video call on the evening of November 6 (Beijing time) with U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer. The two sides exchanged views on implementing the consensus reached by the two heads of state at their meetings in Beijing and Washington and on the outcomes of earlier economic consultations, and agreed to keep the U.S.-China economic consultation mechanism playing its role. In a statement, the U.S. Treasury Department said Bessent and Greer urged China during the call to fully and immediately implement the Busan agreement. The Busan agreement stems from the two presidents' meeting on the sidelines of the APEC summit in Busan, South Korea, in October 2025, a de-escalation arrangement reached after a year of tit-for-tat tariffs and rising tensions; the trade truce has been extended to January 10, 2027. Under the two sides' earlier statements, China will continue buying U.S. soybeans and pause new rare-earth export controls, while the U.S. side says China has agreed to buy about $17 billion of U.S. farm products annually starting in 2026. The call drew attention from the Chinese-American business community, with further tariff-relief rules still to be announced.
