中央哈丁女足1比0胜南奥尔德姆 首夺州冠军且赛季不败
11月7日，在列克星敦体育俱乐部体育场举行的肯塔基州高中女子足球锦标赛决赛中，中央哈丁高中以1比0战胜南奥尔德姆高中，夺得校史首个女子足球州冠军。奥德丽·麦吉在开场第6分钟打入全场唯一进球，中央哈丁凭借稳固的防守将优势保持到终场。
中央哈丁本赛季战绩为25胜3平0负，成为自2021年圣母学院28胜1平0负以来，肯塔基州首支以不败战绩夺得女子足球州冠军的球队。该队目前排名全州第一、全美第四。南奥尔德姆本赛季战绩为17胜2负2平，全州排名第二，本场是该队本赛季仅有的第三次被零封。
肯塔基州高中体育协会的州冠军赛每年11月举行，是全州高中女子足球的最高荣誉。中央哈丁主教练赛后表示，球队整个赛季保持专注，决赛中开场早早进球后全队众志成城守住了胜果，这座冠军属于每一名队员与支持球队的社区。

Central Harding Girls Beat South Oldham 1-0 for First State Title, Finishing Unbeaten
Central Harding High School defeated South Oldham High School 1-0 in the Kentucky high school girls' soccer championship final at Lexington Sporting Club Stadium on Nov. 7, winning the first girls' soccer state title in school history. Audrey McGee scored the game's only goal in the sixth minute, and Central Harding's defense protected the lead to the final whistle.
Central Harding finished the season 25-0-3, becoming the first Kentucky team to win the girls' soccer state title unbeaten since Notre Dame Academy went 28-0-1 in 2021. The team is ranked No. 1 in Kentucky and No. 4 nationally. South Oldham finished 17-2-2, ranked No. 2 in the state, and was shut out for only the third time all season.
The Kentucky High School Athletic Association state championship is held each November and is the top honor in Kentucky high school girls' soccer. Central Harding's head coach said after the match that the team stayed focused all season, scored early in the final and defended as one to protect the result, and that the championship belongs to every player and to the community behind the team.
