'How to Rob a Bank' Opens November 13: A Crew Livestreams Its Heists as an FBI Agent Closes In
Amazon MGM Studios releases the action comedy How to Rob a Bank exclusively in U.S. theaters on November 13. Directed by David Leitch of Bullet Train and The Fall Guy, from a script by Mark Bianculli, it stars Nicholas Hoult, Zoe Kravitz, Anna Sawai, Pete Davidson, Christian Slater and John C. Reilly, and is rated R.
A crew of social-media-savvy bank robbers broadcasts its daring heists online and grows famous for them, unaware that the attention has put a veteran FBI agent and a brilliant software engineer on its trail. The film is an 87North and Imagine Entertainment production, shot in Pittsburgh starting in June 2025.
Originally dated for September 4, the film moved to November 13; Amazon MGM distributes in the United States and Canada, with Sony Pictures Releasing handling international markets. Long-range tracking projects a North American opening weekend between $10 million and $15 million.
