加州州务卿海牙认证快闪店11月10日重返圣贝纳迪诺：县档案馆一楼现场办理
加利福尼亚州圣贝纳迪诺县估值官兼档案书记官冈萨雷斯（Josie Gonzales）宣布，加州州务卿的海牙认证（Apostille）快闪店将于11月10日（周二）上午9时至下午3时重返圣贝纳迪诺市，地点在县档案馆（Hall of Records，222 W. Hospitality Lane）一楼。海牙认证用于证明出生证、结婚证、文凭等公文书的真实性，以便在境外使用；这项服务平时只能在洛杉矶与萨克拉门托办理。
现场提供免费停车；付款只接受Visa、Mastercard、支票或汇票，不收现金。县府提醒，申请人须在下午2时59分前进场排队，逾期不候。
快闪店当天，档案书记官办公室的常规服务将有所缩减，需要办理其他业务的居民宜提前安排或改期前往。

Secretary of State Apostille Pop-Up Shop Returns to San Bernardino November 10
Josie Gonzales, San Bernardino County's Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk, has announced that the California Secretary of State's Apostille Pop-Up Shop will return to the City of San Bernardino, California, on Tuesday, November 10, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., on the first floor of the Hall of Records at 222 W. Hospitality Lane. An apostille authenticates public documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates and diplomas for use abroad; the service is normally available only in Los Angeles and Sacramento.
Free parking is offered, and payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, check or money order only — no cash. The County reminds applicants that they must be in line by 2:59 p.m.
Regular Recorder-County Clerk services will be limited that day, and residents needing other business are advised to plan ahead or visit on another day.
