越南领导人苏林：全面总结2013年宪法实施情况、为研究全面修宪做准备
河内 — 据越南快讯（VnExpress）11月6日报道，越共中央总书记、国家主席苏林要求对2013年宪法的实施情况进行全面总结与评估，为研究提出宪法全面修改方案做准备。
苏林是在相关工作场合作出上述表示的。他说，总结评估要系统梳理宪法实施以来的成效与不足，为下一步研究、提出全面修宪建议提供依据。目前官方尚未公布可能修改的具体条款与时间表。
越南现行宪法于2013年通过，2025年曾为精简国家机构等事项修改过部分条款。若此次「全面修改」研究推进，将是越南十多年来幅度最大的一轮修宪准备工作，后续进展有待越南国会与官方机构公布。（来源：越南快讯）
Vietnam's To Lam Calls for Full Review of the 2013 Constitution Ahead of Possible Comprehensive Amendments
Hanoi — Vietnam's Communist Party General Secretary and President To Lam has called for a thorough review and assessment of how the 2013 Constitution has been implemented, to provide a basis for studying and proposing comprehensive amendments to it, VnExpress reported on November 6.
To Lam said the review should systematically assess the constitution's achievements and shortcomings in practice and serve as the foundation for the next step of research and proposals. No specific clauses or timetable for any amendments have been announced.
Vietnam's current constitution was adopted in 2013 and was partially amended in 2025, including for streamlining the state apparatus. If the comprehensive-amendment study proceeds, it would be Vietnam's largest constitutional revision effort in more than a decade; further steps rest with the National Assembly and official bodies.
