菲律宾副总统莎拉赴香港出席社区活动：弹劾审判恢复前夕、法院批准其出行
菲律宾副总统办公室11月6日发表声明称，副总统莎拉·杜特尔特于11月6日至8日在香港出席多项活动，其中包括菲律宾社区（FilCom）组织的一场聚会。声明说，此行已取得全部必要的法律与行政许可。
据副总统办公室，奎松市地方法院第98分庭11月3日下达命令，批准莎拉出境旅行，总统府亦发出相应的旅行授权。莎拉此行费用全部由其个人承担，不使用任何政府资金、设施与资源。
莎拉目前面临两条司法线：一是奎松市法院审理的严重威胁案——该院今年9月曾对她发出逮捕令，案由涉及她2024年11月针对总统马科斯、第一夫人与时任众议长罗穆亚尔德斯的言论；二是参议院弹劾审判。
弹劾审判将于11月9日恢复，辩方开始举证。弹劾法庭此前已裁定采纳莎拉的财务记录为证据，检方指控其未申报资产至少达8.1787亿比索，审理焦点集中于弹劾条款第二条的来源不明财富指控。

VP Sara Duterte Travels to Hong Kong for Community Events Ahead of Impeachment Trial Resumption
The Office of the Vice President of the Philippines said in a statement on November 6 that Vice President Sara Duterte would be in Hong Kong from November 6 to 8 to attend a series of engagements, including a gathering organized by the Filipino Community (FilCom). The office said the trip had received all necessary legal and administrative clearances.
According to the office, Branch 98 of the Quezon City Regional Trial Court issued an order on November 3 permitting Duterte to travel abroad, and the Office of the President issued a corresponding travel authority. The office stressed that Duterte would cover all travel costs from her personal funds, with no government money, facilities or resources used.
Duterte faces two legal proceedings. One is a grave threats case before the Quezon City court — which issued an arrest warrant against her in September — arising from her November 2024 remarks concerning President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., the First Lady and then House Speaker Martin Romualdez. The other is her Senate impeachment trial.
The impeachment trial resumes on November 9, when the defence begins presenting its evidence. The impeachment court has admitted Duterte's financial records as evidence, and prosecutors allege undeclared assets of at least 817.87 million pesos, with the case focused on the unexplained-wealth charge under Article II of the articles of impeachment.
