南达科他州发布年度学校成绩单：数学达标率45%，毕业率88%创逾14年新高
南达科他州休斯县皮埃尔市消息，州教育厅11月6日发布全州公立学校年度成绩单，覆盖147个学区、645所学校、13.5万多名中小学生。数据显示，2025至2026学年全州数学、学生出勤和按时毕业率小幅上升，英语和科学成绩略有下降。3至8年级和11年级数学测评中，全州45%的学生达到或超过年级水平。2026届高中毕业生平均ACT成绩为21.1分，高出全国平均分19.2分近两分。州教育厅厅长约瑟夫·格雷夫斯指出，2026年春季是首次以ACT作为11年级统一测评用于学校问责，取代此前的斯马特平衡测评。学生出勤率方面，达到90%出勤天数的学生占88%，比上年提高一个百分点；2026届学生四年按时毕业率为88%，高于上年的86%；到21岁前获得文凭或同等学历的高中完成率为91%。成绩单每年发布一次，汇总入学、多样性、测评成绩、出勤和毕业等数据。

South Dakota Releases Annual School Report Card: Math Proficiency 45%, Graduation Rate 88% a 14-Year High
The South Dakota Department of Education released its annual State Report Card on November 6, covering 147 school districts, 645 public schools and more than 135,000 K-12 students. For the 2025-26 school year, math proficiency, attendance and on-time graduation rose slightly statewide, while English language arts and science scores slipped. On mathematics assessments in grades 3-8 and 11, 45% of students statewide met or exceeded grade-level expectations, up one point from last year; ELA proficiency fell two points to 50%.
The Class of 2026 posted an average ACT score of 21.1, nearly two points above the national average of 19.2, and 88% of students graduated on time, the highest rate in more than 14 years and up from 86%. The state's high school completion rate was 91%. Education Secretary Joseph Graves noted that spring 2026 was the first year the ACT served as the standardised test for all 11th graders in school accountability.
