95号州际公路追尾事故致39岁男子身亡，罗得岛州警调查中
罗得岛州普罗维登斯县普罗维登斯市11月6日上午发生一起致命车祸，一名39岁男子在95号州际公路追尾事故中身亡。罗得岛州警察局表示，事故发生在当天上午约9时54分，地点在普罗维登斯市芭芭拉·伦纳德路高架桥附近，一辆雪佛兰西尔维拉多皮卡追尾撞上前方行驶的车辆，司机在撞击中受伤。事故发生在95号州际公路普罗维登斯段，事发地点靠近芭芭拉·伦纳德路高架桥，州警接报后赶到现场处置。初步调查显示，死者为皮卡司机，来自新罕布什尔州康科德市，事发后被送往罗得岛医院，因伤势过重不治身亡。警方暂未公布死者姓名，等待通知家属。州警中校埃里克·扬亚尔向媒体介绍了初步调查情况，并表示警方尚未就这起事故开出任何罚单，事故原因仍在调查中。

39-Year-Old Man Killed in I-95 Rear-End Crash in Providence, State Police Investigating
A 39-year-old man was killed on the morning of November 6 in a crash on Interstate 95 in Providence, Rhode Island. State police said the crash occurred at about 9:54 a.m. near the Barbara Leonard Way overpass, where a Chevrolet Silverado pickup rear-ended a vehicle travelling ahead of it; the pickup was pushed into the middle lane and was then struck from behind by a tractor-trailer.
The driver, a resident of Concord, New Hampshire, was taken to Rhode Island Hospital, where he died of his injuries. Police have not released his name pending notification of family. Lt. Col. Erik Yanyar briefed reporters on the preliminary investigation; no one in the other vehicles was injured, and no citations have been issued as the investigation continues with assistance from the Collision Reconstruction Unit and the Commercial Enforcement Unit.
