Three Alabama Starters Cleared to Return for LSU Showdown
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The University of Alabama football team confirmed on November 6 that three key players have been cleared to return and will travel with the team for its November 7 road game against Louisiana State University.
Yea Alabama, the team's name, image and likeness collective, announced on social media that defensive tackle Terrance Green, wide receiver Ryan Coleman-Williams and center Delgaty had all been cleared to play. All three were injured in the Week 6 loss to Georgia: Coleman-Williams later underwent arthroscopic meniscus surgery, Delgaty has been dealing with a calf injury, and Green has been hampered by a foot injury.
Former Alabama head coach Nick Saban also said on The Pat McAfee Show that all three would return. The two teams meet on the afternoon of November 7 in Baton Rouge, in a game that will directly affect Alabama's playoff outlook.
