密苏里州民主党终结共和党两院超级多数 众议院净增16席
密苏里州消息：11月5日公布的中期选举初步统计显示，民主党取得一代人以来最大的选举胜利，共和党在州议会两院的超级多数双双终结。

Missouri Democrats End GOP Supermajorities, Gain 16 State House Seats
Missouri Democrats won their biggest electoral victory in a generation in the November 3 midterms, ending Republican supermajorities in both chambers of the state legislature, according to preliminary counts reported November 5.
In the state House, Democrats won 68 of 163 seats, a gain of 16 from 2024, leaving Republicans with 95 seats — their lowest total since 2008. In the Senate, Democrats captured the two seats needed to end the Republican supermajority. Betsy Fogle won a Springfield-area district Republicans had held for more than 80 years, and state Rep. Keri Ingle defeated House Speaker Jon Patterson.
At the federal level, Democrat Fred Wellmann defeated seven-term U.S. Rep. Ann Wagner, carrying St. Louis County by 14 points. Voters also rejected a Trump-backed congressional redistricting plan by 62% to 38%, turned down an amendment that would have restored an abortion ban, and approved, with about 60% support, a measure limiting lawmakers' ability to overturn citizen initiatives.
Republicans still hold the governorship and majorities in both chambers, but with a markedly narrower grip on state government.
