韩国总统李在明向国会陈述预算：人工智能投资翻倍至21.3万亿韩元
韩国总统李在明11月2日向国会发表施政演说，为2027年度预算争取支持，提出把人工智能投资增至21.3万亿韩元（约159.7亿美元），接近今年的两倍，投向人工智能、半导体、物理人工智能与人工智能数据中心三大项目。
李在明政府9月已提出明年支出增长12.8%、达820.9万亿韩元的预算案，增幅为历年之最，意在全球人工智能竞赛中强化韩国的技术优势。
李在明在演说中表示，要以大胆投资提升韩国经济的增长潜力。预算案仍须国会审议通过。

South Korea's Lee Seeks Record Budget: AI Investment Nearly Doubles to 21.3 Trillion Won
South Korean President Lee Jae Myung addressed parliament on November 2 to seek approval for next year's budget, vowing bold investment in artificial intelligence to lift the country's growth potential.
He said the government will invest 21.3 trillion won (about 15.97 billion US dollars), nearly twice this year's amount, in AI and the three megaprojects of semiconductors, physical AI and AI data centres.
His administration proposed in September raising government spending by a record 12.8 percent next year to 820.9 trillion won, aiming to strengthen South Korea's technological edge as global competition over AI intensifies. The budget still requires parliamentary approval.
