越南领导人苏林11月8日至11日访日：11年来首位访日的越共总书记，双边贸易冲600亿美元
越南共产党中央总书记、国家主席苏林将于11月8日至11日对日本进行正式访问，越南外交部发言人范秋姮11月5日在例行记者会上公布行程。这是苏林以总书记与国家主席身份首次正式访日，也是越南总书记11年来首次访日。
访问期间，苏林将会见日本天皇，与首相高市早苗会谈，会见参众两院议长，在国会发表政策演讲，并访问神奈川县。日本外务省表示，天皇夫妇将设宫中午宴款待苏林夫妇。
范秋姮说，越日全面战略伙伴关系正通过党、政府、国会与民间各渠道全面发展。2026年前八个月双边贸易达337亿美元、同比增长27%，有望提前实现2030年600亿美元目标。日本是越南最大的官方发展援助与劳务合作伙伴。

Vietnam's To Lam to Visit Japan November 8-11: First by a Party Chief in 11 Years, Trade Heads for 60 Billion Dollars
To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of Vietnam, will pay an official visit to Japan from November 8 to 11, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Pham Thu Hang announced at a regular press briefing on November 5. It is his first official visit to Japan in that capacity, and the first visit to Japan by a Vietnamese party chief in 11 years.
During the visit, To Lam will make a state call on the Emperor and Empress, hold talks with Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi, meet the presidents of both houses of the Diet, deliver a policy address at the National Diet and visit Kanagawa prefecture. Japan's Foreign Ministry said the Imperial couple will host a court luncheon for To Lam and his spouse.
Hang said the Vietnam-Japan Comprehensive Strategic Partnership is developing across party, government, parliamentary and people-to-people channels. Bilateral trade reached 33.7 billion US dollars in the first eight months of 2026, up 27 percent year on year, putting the two countries on track for their 60 billion dollar target by 2030. Japan is Vietnam's largest ODA and labour cooperation partner.
