Woman Linked to Prince Holding Group Arrested at Changi Airport: Karen Chen Charged With Instigating Falsification of Accounts and Attempted Cheating
Singapore — The Singapore Police Force said on the evening of November 5 that Chen Xiuling, also known as Karen Chen, a 44-year-old Singaporean woman, was arrested at Changi Airport that day under a warrant of arrest issued in connection with ongoing investigations into the transnational scam syndicate Prince Holding Group, its founder and chairman Chen Zhi, and his associates and related companies. She was charged in court on November 6 with one count of instigating another person to falsify accounts and one count of attempted cheating.
Police said Chen was a director of several Singapore-registered companies, including Skyline Investment Management and Capital Zone Warehousing, which police believe were beneficially owned by Chen Zhi. She allegedly instigated an officer of Capital Zone Warehousing to falsify an agreement that was submitted, together with a business plan, to JTC Corporation in a September 2022 application to take over a property lease.
The warrant for Chen's arrest was publicly disclosed on March 3 this year. She had left Singapore before police operations began in October 2025 and was believed to be in Cambodia; she was arrested on her return at Changi Airport.
Police also disclosed that since June 2026 they have issued additional prohibition-of-disposal orders against 14 properties and seized various bank and securities accounts valued at about S$100 million, bringing the total value of assets seized or placed under disposal restrictions in the case to more than S$700 million. Investigations into Chen Zhi's group began in 2024, and three Singaporeans were arrested between November 2025 and January 2026 on suspicion of money laundering in connection with the case.
The charges are allegations at this stage, and whether Chen has committed the offences is for the court to decide.
