罗利选民通过2.03亿美元债券公投 住房与交通各1.015亿美元且不加房产税
罗利市政府11月5日确认，选民在11月3日的投票中通过了总额2.03亿美元的一般义务债券公投：住房债券与交通债券各1.015亿美元，且无需上调房产税。上述结果依据非官方计票，正式认证仍待完成。
市政府表示，自2026财年起已通过名为「稳态」（Steady State）的专项债务基金为大型基建项目预留资金，本次发债的偿还主要依靠该基金。交通债券将用于市议会已通过的交通规划与项目，包括「大跃进」（Big Jump）计划：五年内新建5英里以上人行道与50英里自行车道。

Raleigh voters approve $203 million bond package, split evenly between housing and transportation, with no tax increase
The City of Raleigh confirmed on November 5 that voters approved a $203 million general obligation bond package in the November 3 election: $101.5 million for housing and $101.5 million for transportation, with no property tax increase. The results are based on unofficial returns, with certification still to come.
The city said it has set aside funds for major capital projects through a dedicated 'Steady State' debt fund beginning in fiscal 2026, and repayment of the new bonds will rely mainly on that fund. Transportation bond proceeds will fund council-approved plans and projects, including the Big Jump program: more than 5 miles of new sidewalks and 50 miles of bikeways within five years.
