据波特兰市政府官网10月30日发布的议员通讯，瑞安在活动中提供多个15分钟的一对一交流时段，居民可就各自关心的议题与他直接沟通；晚7时30分至8时为集体座谈环节。通讯发出时一对一时段仅剩一个空缺，未能预约的居民可加入候补名单，或直接参加集体座谈。

Portland Councilor Dan Ryan holds one-on-one community conversation on Hayden Island
Portland District 2 Councilor Dan Ryan held a community conversation on Hayden Island on the evening of November 5, from 6 to 8 p.m., meeting one on one with North Portland residents at the South Shore Clubhouse, 12221 N Westshore Drive.
According to the councilor's October 30 newsletter on the City of Portland website, Ryan offered a series of 15-minute one-on-one slots for residents to raise their own concerns, followed by a group wrap-up from 7:30 to 8 p.m. Only one one-on-one slot remained when the newsletter was published; residents who could not book could join a waitlist or attend the group session directly.
