中文沉浸式幼儿园「呀呀学堂」（Ya Ya Preschool）签下十年租约，进驻曼哈顿金融区 Dutch Street 9–15号一栋六层建筑，租用面积4,640平方英尺，要价租金为每平方英尺50美元。该址原为 Downtown Little School，该校已于2024年关闭。

Ya Ya Mandarin immersion preschool signs 10-year lease in Manhattan's Financial District
Ya Ya Preschool, a Mandarin immersion preschool, has signed a 10-year lease for 4,640 square feet at 9-15 Dutch Street, a six-story building in Manhattan's Financial District, at an asking rent of $50 per square foot. The space was previously home to Downtown Little School, which closed in 2024.
Founded in 2008, Ya Ya opened its first location at 291 Broadway in Tribeca and is known for Mandarin immersion teaching for young children. The Dutch Street site will be its second Lower Manhattan location. RTL brokered the deal, with Thomas Galo involved in the transaction.
