佛州批准杜克能源2027年降电价 典型住户1月账单环比降约0.95美元
佛罗里达州公共服务委员会11月3日批准杜克能源佛罗里达公司2027年降低电价的申请。按每月用电1000千瓦时计算，典型住户2027年1月的账单将比2026年12月减少约0.95美元，比2026年1月减少约33美元；2027年3月还将再降约10美元。工商用户电价降幅为0.9%至3.8%。

Florida Approves Duke Energy Rate Cut for 2027; Typical January Bill Down About $0.95 from December
Florida's Public Service Commission approved Duke Energy Florida's request to lower rates in 2027 on November 3. For a typical residential customer using 1,000 kilowatt-hours, the January 2027 bill will be about $0.95 lower than in December 2026, and about $33 lower than in January 2026; a further reduction of about $10 is set for March 2027. Commercial and industrial rates will fall by 0.9 to 3.8 percent.
Duke Energy said the reduction was aided by a tax strategy that avoided a scheduled 2027 base-rate increase.
