香港：高等法院以勾结外国势力罪判黄之锋监禁10年 其今年9月已认罪
香港高等法院11月5日以串谋勾结外国势力罪判处活动人士黄之锋监禁10年，该罪名源自香港国安法。黄之锋现年30岁，曾是香港民主运动广为人知的面孔，他已于今年9月就该项指控认罪。
控方指，黄之锋在2020年与流亡海外的活动人士罗冠聪及其他人串谋，要求外国国家、机构、组织或个人对中国与香港政府实施制裁、封锁或采取其他敌对行动。主审法官谭耀豪量刑时以13年为起点，考虑其认罪后判处10年。香港国安法规定，勾结外国势力罪可判处3至10年监禁，情节严重者可判10年至无期徒刑。
黄之锋自2020年11月起一直被羁押，此前已因2024年一宗颠覆案认罪被判监禁4年零8个月，原定明年1月获释。香港行政长官李家超在判刑后表示，黄之锋与罗冠聪所犯罪行极其严重，损害国家主权、安全与发展利益。人权观察则批评该判刑严厉，呼吁释放黄之锋。

Hong Kong: High Court Sentences Activist Joshua Wong to 10 Years in Prison on National Security Charge After Guilty Plea
A Hong Kong High Court on November 5 sentenced activist Joshua Wong, 30, to 10 years in prison for conspiring to collude with foreign forces under the city's national security law. Wong, who became the international face of Hong Kong's democracy movement as a teenager, pleaded guilty to the charge in September.
Prosecutors accused Wong of conspiring with self-exiled activist Nathan Law and others in 2020 to request that foreign countries, institutions, organisations or individuals impose sanctions or blockades, or engage in other hostile activities, against the governments of Hong Kong and China. The presiding judge, Tam Yiu-ho, set a starting point of 13 years and took Wong's guilty plea into consideration before imposing the 10-year sentence. The national security law sets prison terms of three to 10 years for foreign collusion, or 10 years to life for offences deemed to be of a grave nature.
Wong has been in custody since November 2020 and is already serving four years and eight months after pleading guilty in a landmark subversion trial in 2024; he had been due for release in January. Speaking after the sentence, Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee said Wong and Law committed extremely serious offences which undermined national sovereignty, security and development interests. Human Rights Watch criticised the sentence as harsh and called for Wong's release.
