印第安纳州托育券等待名单削减78%：从41175名儿童降至9006名
印第安纳州州长 Mike Braun 11月4日宣布，该州儿童保育与发展基金（CCDF）券的等待名单自今年5月以来已下降78%。州府印第安纳波利斯（Indianapolis）位于 Marion 县，州政府负责该券计划的发放与统计。
等待名单已从5月的41,175名儿童降至10月底的9,006名。州长办公室表示，这一变化源于州长今年4月宣布的2亿美元投入：资金来自州财政责任与机会增长基金（FROG Fund），用于扩大 CCDF 券的覆盖，目前已有近48,000名儿童领取托育券。
新增名额优先安排现有持券家庭的兄弟姐妹、婴幼儿以及3至5岁儿童；寄养与亲属照护家庭的儿童、有特殊需要儿童、无家可归儿童、托育从业者的子女以及 Ivy Tech 学生的子女另设豁免通道。
Braun 表示，降低生活成本是其优先事项，托育券既减轻家庭负担，也让家长能追求更好的工作与技能培训，从而支撑州劳动力。州政府称将继续推进该计划，进一步压缩等待名单。

Indiana Cuts Child Care Voucher Waitlist by 78 Percent: From 41,175 Children in May to 9,006
Indiana Governor Mike Braun announced on November 4 that the waitlist for the state's Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) vouchers has dropped 78 percent since May of this year. Indianapolis, the state capital in Marion County, is where the state administers the voucher program.
The waitlist fell from 41,175 children in May to 9,006 as of the end of October. The governor's office attributed the drop to the $200 million investment Braun announced in April 2026 from the Financial Responsibility and Opportunity Growth (FROG) Fund to expand access to CCDF vouchers. Nearly 48,000 children are now receiving child care vouchers.
The funding prioritized enrollment of siblings of current voucher holders, infants and toddlers, and 3-, 4- and 5-year-olds. Exemptions were also created for children of foster and kinship families, children with special needs, homeless children, children of child care workers, and children of Ivy Tech students.
Braun said making life more affordable for Hoosiers is a top priority, and that the voucher system also works as an economic engine, giving families flexibility to pursue better jobs and new skills. The state says it will continue the effort to shrink the waitlist further.
